Widespread dense fog. Waves 1 ft or less.  WEDNESDAY  East winds less than 10 kt becoming northeast.  Widespread dense fog in the morning, then patchy fog in the  afternoon. Slight chance of showers. Waves nearly calm.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  Northeast winds 5 to 10 kt becoming southeast.  Patchy fog in the evening, then areas of dense fog overnight.  Waves nearly calm.  THURSDAY  Southeast winds 10 to 15 kt increasing to 10 to  20 kt.
