Waves 3 to 5 feet occasionally to 7 feet building to 3 to  6 feet occasionally to 8 feet, then subsiding to 3 to 5 feet  occasionally to 7 feet.  MONDAY  West wind 5 to 15 knots. Partly cloudy. Waves subsiding  to 1 to 2 feet.  MONDAY NIGHT  Southwest wind less than 10 knots becoming 5 to  15 knots after midnight. Mostly cloudy. Waves 1 to 2 feet.  TUESDAY  Southwest wind 15 to 20 knots veering west 10 to  15 knots in the afternoon. Cloudy. Rain showers and snow showers  likely in the morning, then a chance of rain showers possibly  mixed with snow showers in the afternoon.
