Mostly cloudy with a slight chance of snow  showers. Waves calm to 1 foot.  TODAY  Northwest wind 5 to 15 knots with gusts up to 27 knots  increasing to 15 to 25 knots with gale force gusts up to 37 knots  by late morning, then veering north 20 to 25 knots with gale  force gusts up to 37 knots late. Mostly cloudy. A chance of snow  showers through early afternoon. A chance of rain showers by late  morning, then a slight chance of snow showers late. Waves  building to 3 to 6 feet occasionally to 8 feet, then subsiding to  3 to 5 feet occasionally to 7 feet.  TONIGHT  North wind 15 to 25 knots backing northwest 10 to  15 knots late. Gusts up to 32 knots. Partly cloudy with a slight  chance of snow showers. Waves subsiding to 1 to 2 feet.  TUESDAY  West wind 10 to 15 knots backing southwest in the  afternoon. Mostly sunny.
