Waves  building to 2 to 3 feet.  FRIDAY  North wind up to 30 knots with gale force gusts up to  37 knots. Mostly cloudy. Rain showers likely in the morning, then  a slight chance of rain showers in the afternoon. Waves building  to 4 to 7 feet occasionally to 9 feet.  FRIDAY NIGHT  North wind 15 to 25 knots with gale force gusts  up to 34 knots becoming northwest 5 to 15 knots after midnight.  Mostly clear.
