Rain showers early in the morning,  then chance of showers in the morning. Rain showers and snow  showers in the afternoon. Waves 2 to 3 feet building to 8 to  11 feet in the morning. Waves occasionally around 14 feet.  TONIGHT  Northwest gales to 40 knots, occasional storms to 50  knots. Patchy blowing snow. Snow showers and slight chance of  thunderstorms. Waves 11 to 16 feet.  THURSDAY  Northwest gales to 35 knots. Patchy blowing snow.  Snow showers. Waves 11 to 14 feet.  THURSDAY NIGHT  Northwest wind up to 30 knots with gusts to  around 35 knots.
