Cloudy. Waves 3 to 5 ft subsiding to 2 to 4 ft  late in the afternoon.  TONIGHT  South winds 10 to 20 kt. Drizzle likely in the  evening, then rain after midnight. Areas of fog after midnight.  Waves 1 to 3 ft.  MONDAY  South winds 10 to 20 kt becoming west in the afternoon.  Areas of fog in the morning. Drizzle likely in the morning. Rain  likely through the day. Waves 1 to 3 ft subsiding to 1 ft or less  in the afternoon.  MONDAY NIGHT  West winds 15 to 20 kt. Chance of rain and  drizzle in the evening.
