Scattered showers in the morning  becoming isolated in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 ft.  TONIGHT  North winds 10 to 20 kt increasing up to 30 kt by late  evening. Mostly cloudy in the evening then becoming partly  cloudy. Waves 1 to 3 ft early building to 6 to 9 ft occasionally  to 12 ft after midnight.  WEDNESDAY  North winds 15 to 25 kt. Sunny. Waves 5 to 8 ft  occasionally to 10 ft subsiding to 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft  in the afternoon.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  North winds 10 to 15 kt becoming west around  5 kt after midnight. Clear. Waves 3 to 6 ft occasionally to 8 ft  subsiding to 2 to 4 ft after midnight.    $$
