A few  gusts to gale force possible. Chance of snow and light freezing  rain overnight. Waves 6 to 9 ft occasionally to 12 ft building to  8 to 11 ft occasionally to 14 ft.  TUESDAY  Southwest winds to 30 kt diminishing to 15 to 25 kt.  Chance of rain, snow and slight chance of light freezing rain in  the morning, then slight chance of light freezing rain in the  afternoon. Waves 8 to 11 ft occasionally to 14 ft subsiding to  6 to 9 ft occasionally to 12 ft.  TUESDAY NIGHT  Southwest winds to 30 kt becoming south gales to  35 kt late in the evening, then becoming southwest gales to 40 kt  after midnight becoming west late.
