Partly cloudy in the evening, then mostly cloudy  with a slight chance of rain showers after midnight. Waves 1 to  3 feet building to 5 to 7 feet.  WEDNESDAY  West winds to 30 knots veering northwest gales to  35 knots in the late morning and afternoon. Partly sunny with a  slight chance of rain showers. Waves 7 to 10 feet.  WEDNESDAY NIGHT  Northwest gales to 35 knots becoming north 10 to  20 knots. Mostly clear.
