Waves  2 to 3 feet subsiding to 1 to 2 feet in the late evening and  overnight.  SUNDAY  Northeast winds 10 to 20 knots backing north 15 to  25 knots early in the afternoon. Snow likely. Waves 1 to 3 feet  building to 4 to 6 feet early in the afternoon.  SUNDAY NIGHT  Northeast winds 15 to 25 knots veering east 10 to  15 knots after midnight. Partly cloudy with a slight chance of snow  showers.
