A chance of thunderstorms and a slight chance of rain  showers in the evening. Waves 3 to 5 feet.  TUESDAY  North winds to 30 knots backing northwest gales to  35 knots early in the afternoon. Mostly sunny. Waves 3 to 5 feet  building to 5 to 7 feet early in the afternoon.  TUESDAY NIGHT  North winds to 30 knots decreasing to 10 to  15 knots after midnight. Mostly clear.
