Waves 3 to 5 feet.  TONIGHT  Southeast winds to 30 knots veering south after midnight.  Rain showers in the evening, then rain showers likely and a slight  chance of thunderstorms after midnight. Waves 5 to 7 feet building  to 6 to 9 feet after midnight.  FRIDAY  West winds to 30 knots veering northwest gales to 35 knots  in the late morning and early afternoon, then decreasing to 30 knots  early in the afternoon. Partly sunny with a chance of rain showers.  Waves 7 to 11 feet.  FRIDAY NIGHT  North winds 10 to 15 knots veering southeast 5 to  10 knots after midnight. Partly cloudy.
