Snow showers and slight chance of  thunderstorms through early evening, then scattered snow showers  and slight chance of thunderstorms overnight. Waves 10 to 14 ft  occasionally to 18 ft.  MONDAY  North winds to 30 kt becoming northwest. Chance of  waterspouts. Numerous snow showers and slight chance of  thunderstorms in the morning, then numerous rain showers and  scattered snow showers in the afternoon. Waves 8 to 12 ft  occasionally to 16 ft subsiding to 8 to 11 ft occasionally to 14  ft.  MONDAY NIGHT  Northwest winds to 30 kt, then becoming northwest  after midnight becoming west 15 to 25 kt late.
