Cloudy with  a chance of showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms. Patchy  smoke. Waves 1 to 2 feet building to 2 to 3 feet.  TODAY  Southwest wind 15 to 20 knots. Gusts up to 31 knots.  Becoming mostly sunny late. Patchy smoke through mid morning.  Showers likely and a slight chance of thunderstorms in the  morning, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the  afternoon. Some thunderstorms may be severe by late morning. Some  thunderstorms may be severe late. Waves building to 3 to 5 feet  occasionally to 7 feet.  TONIGHT  West wind 15 to 20 knots.
