Cloudy with  a chance of rain showers. Patchy fog. Waves calm to 1 foot  building to 1 to 2 feet.  TODAY  West wind 10 to 15 knots veering northwest 10 to  20 knots with gusts up to 33 knots by late morning, then veering  north 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 33 knots late. Cloudy with  a chance of rain showers. Patchy fog. Waves building to 5 to  8 feet occasionally to 10 feet.  TONIGHT  North wind 15 to 20 knots. Gusts up to 28 knots.  Cloudy. A chance of rain showers through late evening, then a  slight chance of rain showers by midnight. A chance of rain  showers late. Waves subsiding to 2 to 4 feet, then building to  3 to 5 feet occasionally to 7 feet.  SUNDAY  Northeast wind 10 to 20 knots. Cloudy. A chance of rain  showers possibly mixed with snow showers in the morning. Patchy  fog in the morning.
