Cloudy with  a slight chance of rain showers. Patchy fog. Waves 2 to 3 feet.  TODAY  Southeast wind less than 10 knots backing east 5 to  15 knots with gusts up to 27 knots by late morning, then becoming  northeast 15 to 25 knots late. Cloudy. Areas of fog through the  day. A slight chance of rain showers through mid morning. A  chance of rain showers possibly mixed with snow showers by late  morning, then snow showers possibly mixed with rain showers late.  Waves subsiding to 1 to 2 feet, then building to 2 to 4 feet.  TONIGHT  Northeast wind up to 30 knots becoming north gales to  40 knots by midnight. Storm force gusts up to 58 knots. Snow  showers. Heavy freezing spray by midnight. Waves building to  17 to 22 feet occasionally to 28 feet.  MONDAY  North gales to 40 knots with storm force gusts up to  57 knots. Cloudy. Snow showers likely in the morning, then a  chance of snow showers in the afternoon. Heavy freezing spray  through the day. Waves subsiding to 11 to 15 feet occasionally to  19 feet.  MONDAY NIGHT  Northwest wind up to 30 knots with gale force  gusts up to 46 knots. Mostly cloudy. Heavy freezing spray.
