East wind up to 30 knots with gale force gusts up to
37 knots. Freezing spray through early afternoon. A slight chance
of snow through mid morning, then snow possibly mixed with sleet
by late morning. Waves building to 10 to 14 feet occasionally to
18 feet.
THURSDAY NIGHT
East wind up to 30 knots backing northeast
20 to 25 knots after midnight. Gale force gusts up to 37 knots.
Sleet possibly mixed with snow and freezing rain likely. Waves
subsiding to 6 to 9 feet occasionally to 11 feet.
