Cloudy. A chance  of snow showers by late morning, then snow showers likely late.  Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 2 to 3 feet, then building to 2 to  4 feet.  TONIGHT  Northwest wind 15 to 25 knots with gusts up to  33 knots. Snow showers. Waves building to 3 to 6 feet  occasionally to 8 feet.  THURSDAY  Northwest wind 20 to 25 knots with gale force gusts  up to 34 knots. Snow showers. Waves building to 4 to 7 feet  occasionally to 9 feet, then subsiding to 3 to 6 feet  occasionally to 8 feet.  THURSDAY NIGHT  Northwest wind up to 30 knots.
