Cloudy.  Widespread dense fog. Waves calm to 1 foot.  TODAY  Southeast wind 10 to 20 knots increasing to 20 to  25 knots late. Cloudy. Areas of dense fog through early  afternoon. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms late.  Waves building to 3 to 6 feet occasionally to 8 feet.  TONIGHT  Southeast wind 15 to 25 knots veering south 15 to  20 knots by midnight, then veering southwest 10 to 15 knots late.  Cloudy. Showers likely and a chance of thunderstorms through late  evening, then a chance of showers and a slight chance of  thunderstorms by midnight.
