Waves  building to 2 to 3 feet, then subsiding to 1 to 2 feet.  SATURDAY NIGHT  Northwest wind 5 to 15 knots backing west less  than 10 knots after midnight. Gusts up to 24 knots. Cloudy with a  chance of snow showers. Waves 1 to 2 feet.  SUNDAY  Southwest wind 10 to 15 knots with gusts up to  24 knots. Cloudy.
