Snow showers likely. Waves 1 to 2 feet building to 2 to  3 feet.  TODAY  North wind 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 32 knots.  Cloudy. Snow showers likely through mid morning, then a chance of  snow showers by late morning. Heavy freezing spray by late  morning. Waves building to 3 to 5 feet occasionally to 7 feet.  TONIGHT  North wind 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 33 knots.  Cloudy. A chance of snow showers through midnight, then a slight  chance of snow showers late. Heavy freezing spray through the  night.
