Mostly  cloudy with isolated snow showers. Waves 1 to 2 feet.  TODAY  Northwest wind 10 to 20 knots. Mostly cloudy. Isolated  snow showers through mid morning, then scattered snow showers by  late morning. Waves building to 2 to 3 feet.  TONIGHT  North wind 15 to 20 knots. Mostly cloudy. Isolated  snow showers through late evening, then scattered snow showers by  midnight. Waves building to 2 to 4 feet.  FRIDAY  Northwest wind 15 to 20 knots. Mostly cloudy. A slight  chance of snow showers in the morning, then a chance of snow  showers in the afternoon.
