Cloudy with a chance of snow showers. Waves  1 to 2 feet.  TODAY  North wind 15 to 25 knots with gale force gusts up to  39 knots. Cloudy. Snow showers through mid morning, then a chance  of snow showers by late morning. A slight chance of snow showers  late. Freezing spray by late morning. Waves building to 7 to  10 feet occasionally to 13 feet, then subsiding to 6 to 9 feet  occasionally to 11 feet.  TONIGHT  Northwest wind 15 to 25 knots diminishing to 10 to  15 knots late. Mostly cloudy through midnight then becoming  partly cloudy. Freezing spray through midnight. A slight chance  of snow showers. Waves subsiding to 2 to 4 feet.  TUESDAY  West wind 10 to 15 knots becoming 5 to 15 knots in the  afternoon. Mostly sunny. Waves subsiding to 1 to 2 feet.  TUESDAY NIGHT  South wind 10 to 20 knots with gusts up to  29 knots. Partly cloudy in the evening, then cloudy with a slight  chance of snow showers after midnight.
