Mostly  clear. Waves 1 to 2 feet.  TODAY  South wind 5 to 15 knots with gusts up to 23 knots.  Mostly sunny through mid morning, then mostly cloudy with a  slight chance of rain by late morning. Cloudy with a chance of  rain late. Waves building to 1 to 2 feet.  TONIGHT  South wind 15 to 20 knots veering southwest late.  Gusts up to 27 knots. A chance of rain through late evening, then  rain by midnight. A chance of showers late. Waves building to  2 to 4 feet.  SUNDAY  Northwest wind up to 30 knots. Mostly cloudy in the  morning then clearing. Waves building to 8 to 11 feet  occasionally to 14 feet, then subsiding to 6 to 9 feet  occasionally to 11 feet.  SUNDAY NIGHT  Northwest wind 20 to 25 knots. Mostly clear.
