Cloudy with  a chance of snow showers. Waves 1 to 2 feet building to 2 to  3 feet.  TONIGHT  West wind 15 to 25 knots increasing to up to 30 knots  by midnight. Mostly cloudy with a chance of snow showers. Heavy  freezing spray by midnight. Waves building to 6 to 9 feet  occasionally to 11 feet, then subsiding to 5 to 8 feet  occasionally to 10 feet.  THURSDAY  West wind up to 30 knots. Mostly cloudy. A chance of  snow showers through early afternoon, then snow showers likely  late. Heavy freezing spray through the day. Waves building to  7 to 10 feet occasionally to 13 feet, then subsiding to 6 to  9 feet occasionally to 11 feet.  THURSDAY NIGHT  Northwest wind up to 30 knots with gale force  gusts up to 39 knots.
