A chance of snow  through late evening, then snow by midnight. Heavy freezing spray  through the night. Waves building to 10 to 14 feet occasionally  to 18 feet.  FRIDAY  Northwest wind up to 30 knots with gale force gusts up  to 38 knots. Snow. Heavy freezing spray. Waves subsiding to 6 to  9 feet occasionally to 11 feet.  FRIDAY NIGHT  West wind 15 to 25 knots. Mostly cloudy. Snow  likely in the evening, then a chance of snow after midnight.  Heavy freezing spray through the night. Waves subsiding to 3 to  6 feet occasionally to 8 feet.  SATURDAY  West wind 10 to 15 knots backing southwest less than  10 knots in the afternoon. Partly cloudy.
