Waves calm to 1 foot.  TONIGHT  West wind less than 10 knots backing southwest by  midnight. Mostly clear. Patchy fog through the night. Waves calm  to 1 foot.  TUESDAY  Southeast wind less than 10 knots backing east 5 to  15 knots in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy. Patchy dense fog in the  morning. Waves calm to 1 foot.  TUESDAY NIGHT  East wind 15 to 20 knots increasing to up to  30 knots after midnight. Cloudy. A chance of snow showers  possibly mixed with rain showers in the evening, then snow  showers after midnight.
