A chance of snow showers through midnight, then a slight  chance of snow showers late. Waves 2 to 4 feet.  MONDAY  West wind 10 to 15 knots. Mostly cloudy. Waves building  to 3 to 5 feet occasionally to 7 feet, then subsiding to 2 to  4 feet.  MONDAY NIGHT  Southwest wind less than 10 knots backing south  10 to 15 knots after midnight. Mostly cloudy. A chance of snow  showers possibly mixed with freezing rain after midnight. Waves  subsiding to 1 to 2 feet.  TUESDAY  South wind 10 to 20 knots veering west in the  afternoon. Snow showers possibly mixed with freezing rain and  rain showers in the morning, then rain showers possibly mixed  with snow showers in the afternoon.
