Waves  building to 2 to 3 feet.  SUNDAY  Southeast wind 15 to 25 knots. Rain showers through mid  morning, then a chance of rain showers and a slight chance of  thunderstorms by late morning. Rain showers and a chance of  thunderstorms late.
