Clear. Waves  2 to 3 feet.  TODAY  Northeast wind 5 to 15 knots. Mostly sunny through mid  morning then becoming mostly cloudy. Waves subsiding to 1 to  2 feet.  TONIGHT  East wind 10 to 20 knots veering southeast 20 to  25 knots by midnight. Rain showers likely and a chance of  thunderstorms through midnight, then a chance of showers and  thunderstorms late. Waves building to 2 to 4 feet.  MONDAY  South wind 15 to 20 knots becoming 10 to 20 knots in  the afternoon. Gusts up to 28 knots. A chance of showers and  thunderstorms in the morning, then showers and a slight chance of  thunderstorms in the afternoon.
