Partly  cloudy. Waves calm to 1 foot.  TONIGHT  Southeast wind 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to  20 knots late. Mostly cloudy. A slight chance of snow by  midnight. A chance of snow late. Waves building to 2 to 3 feet.  SUNDAY  East wind up to 30 knots with gale force gusts up to  38 knots becoming east up to 30 knots with storm force gusts up  to 50 knots by late morning, then backing northeast gales to  35 knots with storm force gusts up to 50 knots late. Snow.  Freezing spray by late morning. Waves building to 10 to 14 feet  occasionally to 18 feet.  SUNDAY NIGHT  Northeast gales to 45 knots with storm force  gusts up to 62 knots. Snow. Heavy freezing spray. Waves building  to 17 to 22 feet occasionally to 28 feet.  MONDAY  North gales to 45 knots with storm force gusts up to  63 knots. Snow possibly mixed with sleet in the morning, then  snow in the afternoon. Heavy freezing spray through the day.  Waves building to 20 to 25 feet occasionally to 31 feet.    $$
