Freezing spray.  TUE  W wind 15 to 30 kt. Seas 7 to 11 ft. Freezing spray.  TUE NIGHT  NW wind 20 to 35 kt diminishing to 10 to 20 kt after  midnight. Seas 8 to 13 ft.
