North wind 20 to 25 kt  with gusts to 35 kt, rising to tropical storm force winds 40 to 60  kt with gusts to 90 kt near midnight, then typhoon force east  winds 110 to 130 kt with gusts to 155 kt. Seas 8 to 12 ft,  building to 22 to 35 ft. Isolated thunderstorms. Scattered heavy  showers, then torrential rain late. Visibility 1 NM or less by  midnight.  SUNDAY  Typhoon conditions expected. Southeast typhoon force  wind 110 to 130 kt with gusts to 155 kt. Direction will be  variable over southern waters. Winds decreasing to tropical storm  force to 60 kt with gusts to 80 kt near noon. Seas 22 to 35 ft.  Torrential rain and scattered thunderstorms. Visibility 1 NM or  less.  SUNDAY NIGHT  Tropical storm conditions expected. Southeast to  south tropical storm force wind to 40 kt with gusts to 60 kt,  decreasing to 30 kt with gusts to 45 kt. Seas 16 to 22 ft.  Scattered locally heavy showers with isolated thunderstorms.  MONDAY  Southeast wind 25 kt with gusts to 35 kt. Seas 12 to 14  ft. Scattered showers with isolated thunderstorms.  MONDAY NIGHT  Southeast wind 10 to 20 kt with gusts to 30 kt.  Seas 10 to 13 ft. Isolated thunderstorms.  TUESDAY  East wind 5 to 15 kt. Seas 7 to 9 ft. Wave Detail:  Southwest 9 ft at 8 seconds and east 3 ft at 4 seconds.  WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY  Northeast wind 5 to 15 kt. Seas 5 to 7  ft.
