WATERS...High pressure will continue to build over the waters
over the weekend with onshore flow, a possibility of steep seas,
and gusty winds for some area waters. Offshore flow looks to
develop around midweek by way of thermal trough building along the
coast. Fog will be possible in some of the waters this morning.
