A front traverses the waters this afternoon and evening  with winds turning out of the northwest and seas building to 11 to  14 feet on a rising westerly swell by Monday morning. The active  pattern continues through the week with increasing chances for  hazardous seas above 15 feet Thursday into Friday.    $$
