   PZZ500-252230-  221 AM PDT Wed May 25 2022    .Synopsis for the Central California Coast and Bays Including  the Monterey Bay...Greater Farallones...and Cordell Bank  National Marine Sanctuaries...    Dense fog will impact southern waters near Big Sur and the  Monterey Bay this morning lasting through much of the day today.  Winds have shifted in these regions as well, with winds coming  from the south. As for the northern waters, breezy northwest winds  continue but will slowly diminish starting today. Wave heights  around 7 to 9 feet at 8 seconds in the outer waters, but the  diminishing winds will aid in improving the sea state, bringing  wave heights down to 4 to 7 feet.      $$

Patchy dense  fog.  THU  NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Wind waves 2 to 3 ft. Patchy dense  fog.  THU NIGHT  NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Wind waves 2 to 3 ft. Swell S  around 2 ft at 16 seconds.  FRI  W winds 10 to 15 kt. Wind waves 2 to 3 ft. Swell SW around  2 ft at 16 seconds.  FRI NIGHT  W winds 5 to 10 kt. Wind waves 4 to 5 ft. Swell SW  around 2 ft at 15 seconds.  SAT  NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Wind waves 5 to 6 ft. Swell SW  around 2 ft.  SUN  NW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Wind waves  4 to 5 ft. Swell SW around 2 ft.    Locally lower winds and seas across sheltered portions of the bay.      $$
