   PZZ500-242230-  220 AM PDT Tue May 24 2022    .Synopsis for the Central California Coast and Bays Including  the Monterey Bay...Greater Farallones...and Cordell Bank  National Marine Sanctuaries...    Low-end gale force gusts remain possible near coastal jets and  over the northern waters for today as gusty northwest winds  persist. Steep wind waves around 10 to 12 feet with a period of 8  to 10 seconds possible through tonight. However, winds will start  to diminish starting Wednesday morning. This will help to improve  the sea state, bringing wave heights down to 6 to 8 feet. Winds  will be generally calmer Wednesday through the end of the week,  but locally breezy conditions still possible near coastal gaps and  jets.      $$

Wind waves  9 to 10 ft. Swell SW around 2 ft at 15 seconds.  TONIGHT  NW winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt. Wind  waves 8 to 9 ft.  WED  NW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Wind waves  6 to 7 ft.  WED NIGHT  W winds 10 to 15 kt. Wind waves 5 to 6 ft.  THU  SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Wind waves 4 to 5 ft.  THU NIGHT  W winds 5 to 10 kt. Wind waves 4 to 5 ft.  FRI  NW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Wind waves  6 to 7 ft.  SAT  NW winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Wind waves  6 to 7 ft.    $$
