   PZZ898-232145-  148 AM PST Sun Feb 23 2020      .SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Strong low pressure  will pass N of the area today while pulling a strong cold front  across the region. A high pressure ridge will build across the  waters tonight and Mon, then persist over the SE portion into  Tue. A cold front will approach the waters late Mon and Mon night  and move into the waters Tue and Tue night while weakening. A  high pressure ridge will build over the waters Wed and Wed night,  then remain over the waters Thu and Thu night while slowly  weakening.    $$
   PZZ815-232145-  Florence, OR to Point St. George between 60 NM and 150 NM  offshore-  148 AM PST Sun Feb 23 2020    TODAY  SW winds 10 to 20 kt, becoming W to NW 20 to 30 kt.  Seas 11 to 18 ft.  TONIGHT  NW winds 10 to 20 kt, becoming N 5 to 10 kt. Seas  11 to 19 ft.  MON  N winds 5 to 15 kt, becoming variable. Seas 10 to 16 ft.  MON NIGHT  N to NE winds 5 to 15 kt. Seas 6 to 11 ft.  TUE  Variable winds 5 to 15 kt, becoming S to SW. Seas 5 to  7 ft.  TUE NIGHT  N to NW winds 5 to 15 kt, becoming N 10 to 20 kt.  Seas 5 to 9 ft.  WED  N winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas 8 to 10 ft.  WED NIGHT  N winds 15 to 25 kt. Seas 10 to 12 ft.  THU  N winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 10 to 12 ft.  THU NIGHT  N winds 15 to 25 kt. Seas 9 to 11 ft.    $$
