PZZ898-211630-  707 PM PST Fri Feb 20 2026      .SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Brief ridging and  high pressure will weaken this evening as a warm front lifts N  across area waters tonight. A weak cold front will then move E  before stalling offshore late tonight into early tomorrow. This  front will then surge northward as a warm front on Sat, with an  embedded low rapidly strengthening just SW of waters and moving N  offshore Sat night. This low will bring a strong front across  offshore waters Sat night into Sun. Ridging briefly builds in  from the east Sun night into Mon morning before another, weaker  low pressure system approaches regional waters from the SW  Monday. This feature traverses the waters through Mon night. On  Tue, modest ridging and high pressure return and hold Tue night  into Wed. Mariners should continue monitoring the latest  forecasts regarding this potentially impactful low pressure  system to affect the waters this weekend.
