   PZZ898-290615-  850 AM PDT Thu Sep 28 2023      .SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Weak low pressure  to the W of the waters will move E into the Oregon waters today  then turn SE and move into the northern California waters tonight  into Fri. High pressure will build over the area Fri into Sat  night while a trough extends N along the Oregon and Washington  coast. The area of high pressure will be situated to the W and SW  of the waters Sun and Sun night with a weak trough along the  coast. The high pressure will persist to the W and SW of the area  Mon and Mon night with a weakening cold front approaching the N  waters late Mon night.    $$

Seas 7 to  9 ft.  TONIGHT  S winds 10 to 20 kt, becoming W. Seas 6 to 8 ft.  Chance of rain.  FRI  E to NE winds 15 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft.  FRI NIGHT  N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 7 to 11 ft.  SAT  N winds 25 to 30 kt. Seas 8 to 12 ft.  SAT NIGHT  N winds 25 to 30 kt. Seas 9 to 13 ft.  SUN  N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 7 to 12 ft.  SUN NIGHT  N winds 15 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft.  MON  N winds 10 to 20 kt, becoming N to NW 10 to 15 kt. Seas  5 to 8 ft.  MON NIGHT  N to NW winds 5 to 15 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft.    $$
