   PZZ899-250930-  126 PM PST Tue Feb 24 2026      .SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak wave of low pressure  will move NE inland over southern Oregon tonight. Its associated  cold front over the central California waters, will stall  tonight into Wed. High pressure will build N of the waters Wed  through Thu night and extend a ridge S through the waters, while  the front across the central waters slowly dissipates. A coastal  trough will develop Wed, then persist through Sun night.  Meanwhile, over the southern waters, high pressure will remain  nearly stationary tonight, then become absorbed by the ridge  building S through the northern and central waters Wed and Wed  night.    $$
