.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough along the N and
Central California coast will gradually weaken tonight into Fri.
A N to S oriented ridge of high pressure will develop just W of
the regional waters Fri and build N through Sat, The ridge will
then slide E Sat night through Sun night over the area then
weaken Mon into Tue. Low pressure will develop W of the N waters
Sun night and move slowly NE Mon through early Tue then exit NE
of the region as a stronger system approaches the area from the
NW late Tue into Tue night.
