.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak wave of low pressure
will move NE inland over southern Oregon tonight. Its associated
cold front over the central California waters, will stall
tonight into Wed. High pressure will build N of the waters Wed
through Thu night and extend a ridge S through the waters, while
the front across the central waters slowly dissipates. A coastal
trough will develop Wed, then persist through Sun night.
Meanwhile, over the southern waters, high pressure will remain
nearly stationary tonight, then become absorbed by the ridge
building S through the northern and central waters Wed and Wed
night.
