   PZZ899-170315-  743 AM PST Sun Nov 16 2025      .SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will move  SE over the S waters early today as a strong cold front  approaches from the NW. The strong cold front will move rather  quickly SE over the N and central waters today, and then reach  the S waters and begin to slow tonight as low pressure develops  near the coast. The low will drift SE near the coast Mon as the  front crosses the remainder of the S waters. High pressure will  build to the W of the area Mon night into Tue as a weakening low  lingers near the coast. The high will build over the N waters  late Tue into Tue night as the low passes just E and SE of the S  waters. The high will dissipate early Wed as another strong cold  front approaches from the W and NW. The strong cold front will  move E and SE over the N waters late Wed, cross the central  waters Wed night, and reach the S waters early Thu. The front  will pass SE of the S waters late Thu as high pressure builds to  the W of the area. The high will remain centered to the W of the  region Thu night as a low pressure trough forms near the coast. A  series of secondary cold front or low pressure troughs will cross  the N waters Thu into Thu night.    $$
