   PZZ899-250315-  651 AM PST Wed Dec 24 2025      .SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low will move up the northern  California coast through this morning and north of the area by  this afternoon. The associated cold front will move S-SE through  the central and southern waters through tonight. Another stronger  low will enter the northern waters tonight with enhanced winds  and seas into Thu. A strong cold front will move across the  central and S waters Thu into Thu night. The low will begin to  weaken and move E towards the southern Oregon coast Fri into Sat  as high pressure begins to build in from the W. The low will  dissipate inland Sat night and high pressure will remain just to  the W and N of the waters as an inland trough begins to form Sat  and continue into Sun night.    $$
