High  pressure W of the area will build E into the region Mon into Tue  before weakening Tue night as a cold front approaches from the N.  The front will move into the northern waters Wed, central waters  Wed night, then weaken as it moves into the southern waters Thu  and Thu night. A weak trough will form along the California coast  Mon night into Wed, strengthen Wed night into Thu, then persist  Thu night.    $$
