Its associated  cold front over the central California waters, will stall tonight  into Wed. High pressure will build N of the waters Wed through  Thu night and extend a ridge S through the waters, while the  front across the central waters slowly dissipates. A coastal  trough will develop Wed, then persist through Sun night.  Meanwhile, over the southern waters, high pressure will remain  nearly stationary tonight, then become absorbed by the ridge  building S through the northern and central waters Wed and Wed  night.    $$
