   PZZ898-290330-  741 AM PST Fri Feb 28 2020      .SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure  ridge over the southern waters will weaken today as a low passes  N of the area. The low will push a strong cold front through the  waters today into tonight and then move inland across southern  British Columbia late tonight. Another high pressure ridge will  build E towards the region Sat and Sat night, and persist through  late Sun. A weaker cold front will approach Sun night and move  across the waters Mon and then inland Mon night. High pressure  will once again prevail across the waters Tue and Tue night as  another cold front approaches from the west.    $$
   PZZ910-290330-  Cape Lookout to Florence, OR between 150 NM and 250 NM offshore-  741 AM PST Fri Feb 28 2020    TODAY  SW winds 15 to 25 kt, becoming W 20 to 30 kt. Seas 8 to  14 ft.  TONIGHT  W winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 10 to 16 ft.  SAT  W winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming NW 10 to 20 kt. Seas 12 to  14 ft. Scattered showers.  SAT NIGHT  N winds 15 to 25 kt. Seas 12 to 13 ft.  SUN  N winds 15 to 25 kt. Seas 10 to 12 ft.  SUN NIGHT  N to NW winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming W to NW 10 to  20 kt. Seas 8 to 11 ft.  MON  NW winds 15 to 20 kt, diminishing to 10 to 15 kt. Seas  8 to 9 ft.  MON NIGHT  W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming W 10 to 20 kt.  Seas 8 to 12 ft.  TUE  W winds 10 to 20 kt, becoming 10 to 15 kt. Seas 10 to  13 ft.  TUE NIGHT  W winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas 11 to 12 ft.    $$
