.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weak area of low
pressure W of the Oregon waters this morning is moving S and will
continue to weaken before dissipating later today. A ridge will
build E in its place and will persist through Thu. The ridge will
weaken Thu night as a trough strengthens along the Vancouver
Island coast. The trough will start to weaken on Fri. A ridge
will rebuild E into the waters Fri night into Sat night.
