A weakening cold front  will move through the N water today, then dissipate while moving  over the central waters tonight. High pressure will rebuild to  the W and NW of the waters later today through Wed night, then  persist through Sat night. Late Thu night into Fri a cold front  will move across the northern waters and dissipate.    $$
