At the  same time, a weak low pressure center over the central California  waters will drift N though Tue then pass N of the waters Tue  night. High pressure will build in from W and strengthen Wed  through Thu night then persist just W of the area through Sat  night. A low pressure trough will remain near the California  coast through Sat night.    $$
