   PZZ899-202215-  206 AM PST Wed Feb 20 2019      .SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough along the California  coast will persist today as strong high pressure remains W of  the waters. A cold front will move S and cross the waters today  as it weakens and will dissipate tonight. The coastal trough  will strengthen tonight into Fri, then weaken Fri night into Sat  night as a weak high pressure ridge builds E toward the region.  The ridge will remain centered to the west of the waters through  Sunday.    $$

Seas building to 11 to 15 ft.  THU  N winds 25 to 30 kt. Seas building to 14 to 17 ft.  THU NIGHT  N winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas becoming 11 to 16 ft.  FRI  N winds diminishing to 10 to 20 kt. Seas subsiding to 8 to  13 ft.  FRI NIGHT  N to NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas subsiding to 6 to 9 ft.  SAT  N to NW winds 5 to 15 kt, becoming NW 5 to 10 kt. Seas  subsiding to 5 to 6 ft.  SAT NIGHT  W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming W 5 to 15 kt. Seas  4 to 6 ft.  SUN  W winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming SW. Seas 5 to 7 ft.  SUN NIGHT  SW winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming W to SW 10 to 20 kt.  Seas 6 to 7 ft.    $$
