   PZZ899-161145-  124 PM PST Thu Nov 15 2018      .SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge over the  NW portion will slowly weaken tonight into Sat night, then  rebuild across the far NW waters Sun and Sun night. The ridge  will weaken Mon and Mon night as a cold front approaches the NW  portion from the W. The front will then move into the N waters  Tue and Tue night. A low pressure trough will persist near the  coast tonight into Fri night.    $$
   PZZ930-161145-  Pigeon Point to Point Piedras Blancas between 150 nm and 250 nm  offshore-  124 PM PST Thu Nov 15 2018    TONIGHT  N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 8 to 10 ft.  FRI  N winds 10 to 15 kt, diminishing to 5 to 10 kt. Seas 6 to  9 ft.  FRI NIGHT  W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft.  SAT  W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft.  SAT NIGHT  W to SW winds less than 10 kt, becoming S to SW.  Seas 5 to 7 ft.  SUN  Variable winds less than 10 kt, becoming SE. Seas 6 to  7 ft.  SUN NIGHT  Variable winds less than 5 kt, becoming E to SE.  Seas 5 to 6 ft.  MON  E to SE winds less than 10 kt. Seas 5 to 6 ft.  MON NIGHT  E to SE winds less than 10 kt, becoming S to SE.  Seas 5 to 6 ft.  TUE  S to SW winds less than 10 kt, increasing to 5 to 15 kt.  Seas 5 to 6 ft.  TUE NIGHT  W to SW winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 8 ft.    $$
