   PZZ899-011630-  840 PM PDT Thu Apr 30 2026      .SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will persist W of  the area tonight while weakening, before another high builds NW  of the waters Fri into Sat night. A low pressure trough near the  California coast will slowly strengthen tonight into Fri, then  gradually weaken Fri night into Sat night. A weak cold front will  move over the northern waters Fri and Fri night, move over the  central waters Sat and Sat night, then pass through the southern  portion Sun and Sun night. High pressure will weaken NW of the  waters Sun and Sun night while receding W, as a broad trough  develops and expands over the N and central waters Mon into Mon  night, and persists into Tue. High pressure will rebuild just W  of the waters late Tue and Tue night.    $$
