   PZZ899-201715-  839 PM PDT Mon Mar 19 2018      .SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A strong frontal system will  approach the waters from the W and SW tonight, move over the  waters Tue and Tue night while weakening, and dissipate late Wed.  A cold front will move into the far NW portion Wed and continue  SE into the central waters Wed night into Thu. The front will  move across the southern waters late Thu and Thu night. A weak  high pressure ridge will persist over the southern waters tonight  through Wed, then weaken Wed night. Another ridge will build E  into the central and southern waters Thu through Fri night, then  expand over the northern waters Sat and Sat night.    $$

Seas 6 to 11 ft. Chance of rain.  TUE  SE winds 15 to 25 kt. Seas 8 to 11 ft. Chance of rain.  TUE NIGHT  Winds diminishing to S to SW 5 to 15 kt. Seas 8 to 10  ft.  WED and WED NIGHT  S winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas 8 to 9 ft.  THU  Winds increasing to N 25 to 35 kt. Seas becoming 8 to 14 ft.  THU NIGHT  N to NW winds 20 to 30 kt, becoming W 15 to 25 kt. Seas  10 to 14 ft.  FRI  W winds 15 to 25 kt. Seas 10 to 15 ft.  FRI NIGHT  W winds 15 to 25 kt, becoming NW 15 to 20 kt. Seas 11  to 15 ft.  SAT  NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 11 to 14 ft.  SAT NIGHT  NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 11 to 12 ft.    $$
