A cold  front over the northern waters will stall across the central  waters today, then return northward as a warm front later Sun  into Mon. Low pressure will move NE across the northern waters  Mon, then move inland along the Oregon coast Mon night. A  significant cold front will approach the area Mon night into Tue  before stalling and dissipating over the central waters Tue  night. Another cold front will move E over the N and central  waters Wed into Wed night before dissipating over the S waters  Thu night as high pressure builds in behind it.    $$
