  seas 12 to 15 ft.

* WHERE...The coastal waters from Duck to Oregon Inlet.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or
  damage vessels and reduce visibility.
