* WHERE...The coastal waters from Oregon Inlet to Ocracoke Inlet.

* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 2 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
