...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 kt with occasional gusts up to 35
  kt and seas 5 to 8 ft.

* WHERE...The coastal waters from Cape Hatteras to Cape Lookout.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Conditions will likely fall below small
  craft advisory criteria for several hours tonight across these
  waters. However, early this morning, winds will quickly increase
  as a shortwave moves across the region back to 15-25 kts with
  gusts up to 30 kts and seas will build from 3-5 ft to 4-7 ft
  through the day Wednesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
