TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 kt expected and seas 4 to 6 ft
  expected.

* WHERE...The coastal waters from Ocracoke Inlet to Surf City.

* WHEN...From 8 PM Monday to 2 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A cold front will move south through the
  area Monday evening and will be accompanied by a period of
  elevated winds and seas through Monday night. Elevated seas may
  last into Tuesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
