* WHAT...North to northwest winds 40 to 50 kt with gusts up to
  65 kt and seas 12 to 17 ft expected.

* WHERE...The coastal waters from Oregon Inlet to Cape Lookout.

* WHEN...From 2 PM Saturday to 4 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or
  damage vessels and reduce visibility.
