* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25 kt
  with gusts up to 30 kt. For the Storm Watch, north to northwest
  winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 8 to 15 ft
  possible.

* WHERE...The coastal waters from Ocracoke Inlet to Cape Lookout.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 2 PM EST this
  afternoon. For the Storm Watch, from Saturday evening through
  Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas could capsize or
  damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
