  seas 7 to 10 ft.

* WHERE...South Santee River to Edisto Beach out 20 NM.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
