  seas 9 to 11 ft.

* WHERE...Savannah to Altamaha Sound from 20 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
