  waters from Altamaha Sound GA to Flagler Beach FL out to 60 NM.

* WHEN...From 8 AM Saturday to 5 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
