* WHERE...Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida coastal waters
  from Altamaha Sound GA to Flagler Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
  For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM this afternoon to 3 PM
  EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
