...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EDT
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...West southwest winds increasing to 25 to 30 knots early
  this evening then shifting to northwesterly. A few gusts to gale
  force expected. Seas building to 4 to 5 feet late this
  afternoon and 6 to 8 feet tonight.

* WHERE...Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida coastal waters
  from Altamaha Sound GA to Flagler Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 PM EDT...

For the following areas...
Coastal waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL out 20 NM...
Coastal waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL out 20 NM...
Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60 NM...
Waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM...

At 731 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts
were located along a line extending from 9 nm east of Palm Valley to
14 nm southwest of Saint Augustine to 36 nm west of Butler Beach,
moving east at 45 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
         higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Dorothy Louise Barge, Saint Augustine Beach, Beverly Beach,
Tournament Reef, Vilano Beach, Palm Coast, South Ponte Vedra Beach,
Palm Valley, Nine Mile Reef, Saint Augustine, Crescent Beach, Butler
Beach, Navy Drydock, Big Georges Reef, Marineland and Guana River
State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for northeastern
Florida...and the adjacent coastal waters.

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
