  gusts up to 40 kt. For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds
  15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt.

* WHERE...Lake Okeechobee and Biscayne Bay.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 7 AM EST Sunday. For the
  Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM to 4 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
