* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt and seas
  3 to 4 ft expected.

* WHERE...Waters from Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach FL from
  20 to 60 NM and Waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL
  from 20 to 60 NM excluding the territorial waters of Bahamas.

* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 2 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
