  Elizabeth, ME out 25 NM and Coastal Waters from Cape

* WHEN...From 1 PM Tuesday to 7 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
