TO 7 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and
  seas 2 to 3 feet expected.

* WHERE...In Massachusetts coastal waters, Cape Cod Bay,
  Nantucket Sound, Vineyard Sound and Buzzards Bay. In Rhode
  Island coastal waters, Rhode Island Sound.

* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 7 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
