* WHAT...Northeast winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and
  seas 6 to 9 feet.

* WHERE...Nantucket Sound, Vineyard Sound and Buzzards Bay.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or
  damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
