* WHAT...Northeast winds 25 to 35 kt and seas 5 to 8 feet
  expected.

* WHERE...Rhode Island Sound and Block Island Sound.

* WHEN...From 6 PM Sunday to 6 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
