* WHERE...Coastal waters east of Ipswich Bay and the Stellwagen
  Bank National Marine Sanctuary.

* WHEN...From 2 AM Wednesday to 8 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
