* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 15 to 20
  kt with gusts up to 25 kt and seas 2 to 4 feet expected. For
  the Gale Warning, west winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40
  kt and seas 4 to 7 feet expected.

* WHERE...Long Island Sound, New York Harbor, and Peconic and
  Gardiners Bays.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM this evening
  to 6 AM EST Sunday. For the Gale Warning, from 6 AM Sunday to
  6 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
